Whiskey Barrel-Aged Colombia
Just in time for the holidays, we’re bringing back a classic! Our Tennessee whiskey barrel aged coffees have been a fan favorite since we opened in 2012. This one is a washed Colombia with tasting notes which complement the whiskey barrel infusion perfectly! The result of this combo is a sweet, rounded coffee that is perfect for the holiday season! Think rum raisin, fruitcake, and whiskey tasting notes on a light coffee— perfect for an after dinner or Christmas morning cup of coffee!
We sourced our whiskey barrel from Corsair Distillery: its first use was a Tennessee Rye Whiskey, and the second was a Tennessee Rum.
