Currently our decaf beans are sourced from the Sidama region of Ethiopia, from producer Daye Bensa. This coffee is a natural processed Heirloom varietal; it was Ultra Violet Water Wash (UVVW) processed for a chemical and caffeine free cup.

We roast our decaf to a light-medium so that it tastes great with milk or black!
