A blend of two amazing Colombian coffees, one honey-processed and one co-ferment, this blend is bright, juicy, refreshing, and perfect for summer! We love it iced or as a pour-over. The second coffee in the blend brings balance to the fruit-forward watermelon co-ferment coffee and results in a delicate yet flavorful light roast with interesting watermelon tasting notes. This is a great entry-level coffee if you’re interested in trying co-ferments for the first time.

Coffee Review scored this coffee at a 92 and said, “Sweetly tart, crisply bright. Pomegranate, myrrh, raw cacao, lemon verbena, freesia in aroma and cup. Citric acidity; full, syrupy mouthfeel. Gently drying finish with notes of raw cacao and lemon verbena.” & “Brightly tart on the palate, backed up with notes of unroasted cacao and floral, sweetly herbaceous undertones.”

Here’s a little more about the producers of the two coffees:

Edwin Noreña, producer of Finca Campo Hermosa, is a third generation coffee farmer. he’s also a certified Q-grader, an agronomist, and a Cup of Excellence judge. All of this adds up to quality! Noreña’s coffees are harvested at the perfect time and processed using innovative processing methods; they have lasting sweetness and distinct tasting notes.

Juan Puerta is a young, first-generation coffee farmer. He comes from a background of studying food science at university. Puerta applies his food science training and love of gastronomy to his coffee processing methods. The result are high-end, clean co-ferments with clear fruit notes that highlight the coffees Puerta works with. He is leading the way in co-fermentation innovation, and we are so excited to be sharing his coffee with you!
