We offer several different types of coffee subscriptions here at BonLife; we’ll share our different options later, but first what is a coffee subscription box? A coffee subscription box is a beautiful invention that makes your life run more smoothly! Depending on the roaster or subscription box company, you choose your taste preferences and frequency of shipping, sign up, set it, and forget about it. A box of fresh-roasted coffee in your flavor profile preferences ships to your house automatically! So you never run out of coffee, and you never have to remember to go out to buy beans. FAQ About BonLife Subscriptions
How often does the coffee ship? We have a few options. You can subscribe to have your coffee sent once a month, or every two weeks. We also have an option to have a five pound bag shipped once a month if you prefer to go that route.
Do I pay for shipping? You sure don’t! We offer free shipping on all orders over $30, and that includes your subscription box.
What shipping service do you use? We ship via USPS priority mail every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. You’ll receive a tracking number and confirmation email once your order ships.
What coffee comes in the subscription? Great question! You have a choice! We offer a Justice espresso subscription for home espresso lovers; a decaf subscription for those who love coffee but not the caffeine; an espresso bundle which includes one single origin and one Justice espresso; and a couple of roaster’s choice subscription for single-origin coffee fans who want to try new coffees each time they receive a box.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription? Yep! You can pause at any time by reaching out to us, and you can cancel at any time in your account or by reaching out and asking us to cancel for you. There’s no long-term commitment: you can always adjust your coffee subscription to meet your needs!
Is the coffee fresh? You bet it is! We roast our award-winning beans every other week. Your coffee subscription will be shipped each month or every two weeks on the date you purchase it. Fun fact, coffee tastes best at least two weeks off roast and up to four or six weeks off roast! Subscribers tend to receive and drink our coffees right in the peak freshness time.
Do the beans change? In our roaster’s choice single origin subscriptions or espresso bundle, yes! Our single origin beans rotate frequently as coffee is a crop that changes seasonally. We source from farms we trust with high-quality, direct-trade beans. The countries of origin change often too. You can read more about where our coffees come from here.
If none of these subscription boxes feel like the perfect fit for you, there’s another option! Our coffee is on Bean Box, a well-known coffee subscription service which features roasters from all over the country with different subscription options.
Love all the tastes of coffee but caffeine isn’t your jam? This subscription will ship two bags of our sugar cane water processed decaf beans twice a month.
Our decaf is so good it doesn’t taste like decaf. And the sugar cane process provides a delicious chemical and caffeine free cup.
This subscription is a great fit for those who drink decaf everyday. Our decaf is a medium roast that does really well on espresso or as a brewed coffee. It also holds up well to milk and sugar!
Every month you will receive a shipment of two bags of our direct trade coffee: one 8 oz bag of our signature Justice blend & one 8 oz bag of a current single origin.
The Justice blend is dark, brooding and handsome. It is a great every day coffee; it is smooth and wonderfully rich; and it goes great with milk or flavors.
The single origin is ever-changing based upon what we currently have. The bag you will receive in this subscription is hand-picked by our roaster as a coffee that tastes amazing as a single origin espresso. On this particular subscription box, the flavor profiles of the single origin vary: it’s perfect for those of you who love to try new things and be surprised.
This monthly subscription option is a good fit if you don’t brew a ton of coffee everyday: it should last one person about a month. It’s a great choice for home espresso brewers and for people who love to try new coffees!
Every two weeks you will receive a shipment of two bags of our stand-by blend, Justice. This blend is dark, brooding and handsome. It is a great every day coffee; it is smooth and wonderfully rich; and it goes great with milk or flavors.
This bi-weekly option is great for those of us that like to drink coffee everyday.
Warm and cozy! Chocolatey, toasty tasting notes. We love a good medium roast on espresso or AeroPress or even pour over. If you lean towards warmer (chocolatey) coffees, this is the subscription box for you.
Every month you will receive a shipment of two bags of our current single origin coffees that are more balanced, medium, and chocolatey or nutty tasting notes forward. This subscription leans more on the medium side of the roast spectrum. If you prefer lighter or more fruity coffees check out our light & bright subscription box.
The specific beans will be selected by our roaster; they vary based upon availability, but we will stick to the warm & cozy flavor profiles for this subscription option.
This monthly subscription frequency option is great if you don’t drink coffee everyday.
